A DVD about Person Centred Planning (PCP)

I made this film with Dawn Blanch for Norfolk Learning Difficulties Service. It shows how Dawn's Circle of Friends are helping her to achieve her dreams. Dawn lived in a residential home where she was very unhappy - if you click on the TV you can see a clip from the film where Dawn describes how miserable she was. Dawn says some painful things and she did not want to film in the Home so we did this part of the movie as an animation.

Dawn went on a course about Person Centred Planning (PCP) and learnt
that PCP is about having the life you want, having dreams, having
friends, not settling for second best. The film shows how Dawn achieves
one of her dreams - to move into her own flat. When we finished
the film, we had a fantastic Karaoke Birthday Party Premiere.
